In additional to having recently achieved the MBA's Advanced Certified Residential Underwriting Designation, I am also an experienced bilingual mortgage professional with over 10 years' experience in Conventional/FHA/ and VA loans. I pride myself in becoming a trusted resource for both my internal and external customers. By tenaciously refining the customer service model as a manifestation of resourceful partnership, the quality of my career experience is all the more fulfilling. After almost being convinced by peers that a collegiate and professional athlete would be impossible for me, I decided to explore what out of the box strategies were available.
